CECERI is working to build partnerships between Congolese and American researchers, academics, subject matter experts, and other thinkers in order to share knowledge and to collaborate on research and new initiatives in international affairs, political science, and government affairs.

Our Vision

CECERI hopes to foster discussion among experts in the DRC and in the US by hosting conferences, inviting guest speakers, and publishing research across national, cultural, and sectoral boundaries.

We aim to bring together different perspectives on issues related to governance, natural resources, development, security, foreign direct investment, cross-border trade, and other related subjects.

Through our U.S. liaison office, we strive to provide Congolese subject matter experts a platform in the United States to share their research on matters that affect them domestically. We are working to facilitate American access to Congolese experts, studies, and research.
