The Congolese Center of Strategic Studies and International Relations (“CECERI”) is a private institution operating for public service, created in the Republic of Zaïre, now the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), under Executive Order 85-021 on January 8 1985. Its overall goal is to foster the dissemination of research relevant to the DRC's geo-strategic position within the heart of Africa.
